This Consultant – Field Operations position is the technician efficiency advocate for Field Operations and reports to the President – State Operations. 

Essential Functions:

  • Liaison to CSMB System Transformation team
  • Partner with other WIN organizations
  • Create new tools and tool enhancements for technicians/local managers/field ops
  • Monitor compliance, perform analysis, identify opportunities/corrective actions
  • Analyze systems/processes to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Define requirements, lead UAT, document and deliver training, and provide support for process, system, and tool enhancements
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements
  • Maintain ownership of initiative quality and success
  • Provide recurring leadership updates

  • Strong business domain expertise in the areas of processes and systems, with a proven track record of providing results.
  • Strong technical knowledge 
  • Strong project leadership skills and execution focus to drive results through performance – both at the individual level and at the team level.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
