Responsibilities:

  • Understand the unique drivers of our Enterprise segment and prepare analysis to drive decision-making and performance
  • Proactively seek opportunities to further enhance our business strategies by researching/analyzing data to enable management to make smart, informed decisions
  • Produce regular analysis around key end to end functional KPIs and key customer improvements with recurring readouts to Enterprise leadership team
  • Work with reporting and data teams to ensure we have the appropriate reporting in place for the Enterprise customer base
  • Stay in sync with key business stakeholders on current initiatives in market that could impact business performance
  • Field ad-hoc requests from the various business stakeholders teams aimed at providing insight into business performance

Ideal Background:

  • The successful candidate will be inquisitive, take initiative, and work to gain a solid understanding of the overall strategy of our business unit, continually seeking out ways to improve its results
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented field, such as Finance, Management, Marketing or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field
  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience in Hyperion Essbase, SQL Server, Tableau or similar reporting tools is desired. Medallia a plus.
  • Position requires strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

  • Previous experience in data modeling and comparative analysis
  • Ability to correlate various data points to identify internal business and customer trends

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree in a Technical or related field and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 9+ years professional level related Technical experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
