Contract Administrator

Job Description-Essential Functions:

  • Able to develop project schedules, financial reports, program review documents, and presentations, attend and document content of meetings, follow up with stakeholders, etc.

  • Assist with the development of specific strategic management and business process support including drafting of documentation, processes, standard operating procedures, policies, templates, recommended approaches for review by cognizant manager.

  • Assist with communicating, facilitating, and supporting implementation of communications and engagement strategies, processes, procedures and policy templates, schedules, checklists, prototypes and approaches, ensure data integrity, and track outcomes.

  • Assist with the preparation of documents in support of acquisition planning, market research, findings and determination for the proper contract type, requirements development, contract administration and project closeouts.

  • Assist with the review of contract documents and the preparation of acquisition policy documents, templates and acquisition training presentations.

  • Assist with Task Order Closeout and develop Programmatic/Financial Reporting, Funding Logs, Funding Document Processing, Invoice Processing, Budgetary Reports.

Work Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree. DAWIA or FAC-C Level I and/or started courses to complete. Completed cradle-to-grave actions with description of work, FAR part, action dollar value, period of performance, and solicitation method.


Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
