Role Description

§  Provide solutions to our customers that drive up their productivity and maintain our customer’s loyalty, with an expert understanding of the entire Windstream product solution set.  Our purpose is to be your trusted advisor overseeing your relationship with Windstream.


Mid-Market Objectives


§  Existing Customer Module

§  Retire Quota by converting & selling strategic product set into customer base

§  Base of customers expected in end of October.

§  Directors strategize to allocate accounts

§  Accounts sized by Billed revenue & Billing propensity

§  Retain Customer Base

§  Convert & Sell first and foremost, if cannot, renew / secure customer.

§  Develop strong customer relationships and serve the role of Windstream Trusted Partner.

§  Total Billed Revenue Objective is for customer module to grow over time versus attrit.

§  Follow Jeopardy process for at risk situations


§  New Logo Acquisition

§  Retire remainder of quota via new relationships

§  Mid-Market prospecting emphasis 50-1000 employees

§  Acquire new business by prospecting new customers in territory

§  Completed via: Telephone, email, door to door, social media and networking

§  C-Level engagement of prospects

§  Leverage existing base of customers for referrals and build network from Referral Partner program

§  Build book of business references and reviews


Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree or equivalent and 1+ years field sales experience directly related to job (outside, direct sales experience) or 5+ years job-related field sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and job-related field sales experience required.
