Each year Windstream recognizes its top performers in C/SMB in our Exceed program. Employees may earn a spot on the Exceed incentive trip by excelling in sales and customer service as demonstrated by their bottom-line results, customer feedback, and quality assessments. Culture Champions who embody our Windstream values are also chosen to participate in recognition of their important contributions to the organization.
