The Warehouse Specialist II position is responsible for performing all daily warehousing functions which may include receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping product. All functions are to be performed at the direction of the DC Manager in a safe, efficient, timely and quality- conscious manner. This position also is responsible for performing housekeeping, inventory counting, and other operational support functions


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills to effectively interact with peers and management

  • Meet or exceed customer expectations by performing warehousing functions required to meet customer needs within standards.

  • Accurately receiving inbound stock and ensuring put-away completion in order to maintain SLA requirements, consistently

  • Accurately completing cycle counts in adherence to documented procedures and sharing findings with the DC Manager for root cause analysis

  • Must have above average problem-solving skills and a superior ability to research data to obtain required information.

  • Must follow the Working With Integrity Policy at all times

  • Communications must be clear, concise, and constant

  • Analytical: Must be able to think through a problem, find possible resolutions and report findings

  • Self-Motivated: Must be a person who moves from one task to another without being expressly instructed to do so

  • Multi-Tasking: Must be able to move, quickly, from one task to another, ensuring the completion of each daily

  • Professional: Must always present a professional demeanor and maintain good attendance

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience with 1-2 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate. This is a safety sensitive position.
