About the Role:

What You’ll Do:                 

  • Partner with Sales leaders to align our technical team with our go-to-market strategy, including vertical focus, channel sales, alliances, customer care and training organization,

  • Train and work with tools and test equipment to provide service of multiple different technologies and network designs.

  • Manage the vision and strategy for the Sales Engineering organization,

  • Develop & maintain a world class (SE) team, which helps support the customer journey from pre-sales, through to onboarding and post sales.

  • Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and learning which includes adopting (SE) best practices,

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by working cross functionally to ensure a smooth experience through the entire process,

  • Act as a key contact to other Sr. Leaders to ensure WE (SE) organization continues to maintain strong customer and partner ecosystem,

  • Work with and deliver support to our customers key decision makers,

  • Contribute to WE (SE’s) internal visibility, corporate knowledge, and best practices by enhancing sales information, documentation, business processes, and methodologies.

  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Development teams on feature enhancements.

  • Assist (SE’s) in working with internal and external customers/organizations.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer experience.

  • Improve processes and eliminate bottlenecks by working cross-functionally in order to get deals across the line.

  • Be involved in conversations with our most strategic customers.

  • Understand the suite of technology applications and the key business drivers of clients across our offerings.

  • Oversee the development of detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans.

  • Provide company leading technical expertise in customer-focused solutions for key vertical markets.

  • Craft / Shape / Improve / Scale (SE) capabilities, processes, goals, structure, and infrastructure.

  • Be the (SE) ambassador for corporate cross functional engagement.

  • Strong customer focus.

Minimum requirements:

College degree and 12 years professional level experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or 16 years professional level related experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
