Job ID:19000296We are hiring a dynamic, innovative educator to deliver product and systems training using a variety of training approaches including face to face and webinar delivery for our organization. Additionally, this person will be responsible for suggesting, developing and implementing new training approaches as well as identifying/resolving training gaps.
Duties include:
New Hire training: Plan, develop, deliver and follow up on New Hire training which includes product, systems and process information. A blended training approach is used to deliver this information.
Product and Process Support: Provide training as needed on new product / process launches as well as providing product and process refreshers. Communicate new launch information effectively to all supported channels.
Training Liaison: Build Bridges with assigned channel’s leadership to ensure training is aligned with the business. Conduct needs analysis meetings to identify learning opportunities, and raise issues as applicable to training management for resolution and action.
Content Development: Assist in identifying and creating/maintaining training courses. This includes, but is not limited to, suggesting new projects, acting as a subject matter expert, reviewing/approving developed training materials and developing and maintains training materials for assigned program.
Leadership Training: Plan, deliver and follow up on Leadership training which includes leadership and performance management skills, goal setting process and tools, coaching, recruiting and interviewing process, and facilitation and training skills for managers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate would have small/medium or
enterprise level business knowledge as well as sales experience.

*Knowledgeable on telecom systems, products and processes.
•Skilled in breaking concepts/tasks into components and relating this information
•Capable of creating and conducting training using adult learning concepts
•Determine actual versus stated needs when Training requests are made
•Ability to develop, facilitate and adapt presentations
•Intermediate skill level in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Attention to detail and ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
•Ability to manage multiple priorities
•Ability to conduct productive meetings
•Willingness to comply with all Windstream policies and procedures
•Ability to travel up to 25% - 50% as needed
•Ability to work flexible work hours
