Windstream is a technology company that provides Internet, Phone, Digital TV, and Security solutions to consumers across the US. The Residential Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue within the organization. In this position you will motivate, mentor and coach your team to exceed sales quotas and deliver a great customer experience.

  •  Coach and mentor a team of Residential Inside Sales reps
  • Consistently drive the team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
  • Monitor key call performance indicators to ensure agents are meeting expectations
  • Drive morale through team huddles in order to recognize performance, set goals and motivate team members
  • Conduct agent coaching sessions focused on improving agent sales strategies; following calling scripting, overcoming objections, closing a sale etc. 
  • Work directly with management to set goals, improve process, and grow our sales team
  • Develop reps through weekly coaching sessions and performance evaluations
  • Actively engaged in rep development by participating in the Leadership Development Program
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and best practices


Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
