Position Summary


  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver and manage multiple complex Federal Government and Small Disadvantaged (SDB) projects/orders.
  • Be responsible for all customer communication as it relates to preparing, scheduling and transitioning services
  • Maintain and distribute project documentation with regards to project team members, engineering, operations and management.
  • Identifies risks and escalate issues as required to ensure timely delivery of products and services in accordance with published schedule
  • Ability to proficiently manage demanding customer requirements given time constraints, deadlines, and the multi-tasking of other tasks/projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requirements a team
  • Must have the ability to effectively and proactively works cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues 

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple task
  • Must be highly organized
  • Knowledge of a variety of access types, voice TDM, Data, SIP, Ethernet Layer 2, and 3, DSL and broadband.
  • Basic understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Must  be able to handle post award contract issues. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:College degree or equivalent and 8 years professional experience; or 12 years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
