About the Role:
This role will serve as a senior member of the broader revenue operations team within Windstream Enterprise. You will report to the Director of Channel Operations with direct visibility to the senior leadership team. This will be a highly strategic and problem-solving role that will be expected to bring ideas to the table. You will be interacting directly with indirect partners and other stakeholders across the revenue team to drive enablement and insight with the sole goal of increasing channel sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Continue to build and optimize channel operating and sales processes in collaboration with Channel sales leadership.
- Develop processes, systems, and tools to support our channel sales teams.
- Drive cross-functional programs and initiatives to support scaling of the business and channel integration through our broader direct sales motion.
- Develop and manage all channel incentives and comp in adherence to policy.
- Assist in the development and rollout of channel enablement practices to improve our partner’s effectiveness and efficiency through increased data, insights/intelligence, automation, and product analytics.
- Create and coordinate key reporting for channel leadership by partnering with the analytics team to provide reporting on key performance indicators and effectiveness of incentive programs.
- Develop channel operating procedures in alignment with our strategic priorities.
Do You Have?
- 8+ years’ experience within SaaS and/or telecommunications; or equal experience within a recurring revenue operating model
- Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fluid Enterprise/Channel sales environment
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to own and improve processes
- Experience navigating cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating directly to customers and indirect partners
Even Better:
- Understanding of indirect sales models and operating procedures.
- Experience in a SaaS and/or Telecommunications sales operations.
- Experience working with compensation models for both internal and external partners
- Ability to translate large data sets to actional insights through basic SQL and other visualization tools.
- Experience working within Salesforce
