The Sr. Consultant is a business analyst focused on product and pricing within the enterprise marketing organization and will be responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities for improvement. In this role, you must not only be able to work independently, but also have the ability to manage/work with cross functional teams.  You are also a self-starter who is willing to spend time in the details in order to come up with a solution. This is a remote position and can sit anywhere in the United States.





What You’ll Do:




  • Manage corporate initiatives that impact the Enterprise marketing organization

  • Assist with managing the data within the quoting tool

  • Work with various teams throughout Windsteam to ensure accurate information and processes are being created to positively impact the customer experience.

  • Provide support for other groups within the enterprise marketing organization (Product management, product development, Customer Experience, etc)

  • Key participant in product and pricing discussions related to system implementations

  • Provide recommendations to product and pricing team on system improvements and enhancement, with the ability to understand that impact of the change

  • Work on cross functional integration teams to ensure the marketing requirements are being captured

  • Determine the best product to map from one system to another for system integration activity or reporting

Job Requirements

Do You Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years prior experience in a telecom company
  • College degree in a Technical or a related software development field
  • The ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and have excellent teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail with advanced organizational and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to produce executive level presentations.
  • Preferred - Bachelor degree, PMP, or other similar certification

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
