About the Role: 
Windstream is seeking an energetic, multi-tasking, and creative individual to drive Sales Engineering Enablement across the Enterprise Sales Engineering Organization.

The Sales Enablement Analyst provides support to the Enterprise Sales Engineering teams. The person filling this role will be a key member of the Sales Engineering staff. The Sales Enablement Analyst will conduct a variety of administrative and reporting tasks to drive adoption of Windstream’s sales systems and processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Service Delivery and Engineering teams.
  • Work with Product to document training curriculum to educate sales engineers on new products and services in conjunction with new product releases.
  • Document and train sales engineering and sales engineering management on processes tied to sales engineering production and enablement tools and materials.
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team, including but not limited to assisting on sales calls and providing demos as needed.
  • Manage the sales engineering enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales engineering enablement best practices.
  • Gather feedback from sales engineering and SE leadership teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs. 
  • Translate high-level business discussion into detailed requirements 
  • Produce, and manage, high-quality level documentation

  • College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 

Job Requirements

College degree and 8 years professional level experience; or 12 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience.
