Specialist - Direct Small Business Sales Representative
Purpose:
Windstream is looking for high-energy, motivated sales professionals to join our Outside Sales team. In this role you will be responsible for strategically driving business sales and meeting sales goals in line with the company vision. You will represent a portfolio of technology-based products and services in assigned territories to meet company sales objectives. You will be responsible for prospecting and selling Kinetic Broadband Data and Voice Services to new Small Business Customers generating <$300/month in revenue within the Kinetic footprint.

Responsibilities:
- Learn the technology, marketing and selling skills necessary to be successful with Small Business account sales in a local footprint.
- Identify event opportunities within communities served to increase Kinetic exposure and sales opportunities.
- Partner with other sales channels to hand off sales that are >$300 or are standard renewals.
- Complete orders timely and accurately to ensure accurate service, activation and billing.
- Sell door to door within the Kinetic footprint and attend local Chamber of Commerce events to network and identify opportunities.
- Manage and organize leads, product and customer information.
- Be prepared to work outdoors in all adverse weather conditions.
- Comply with all Kinetic policies and procedures.
