General Summary:
Windstream’s Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant provides excellent customer service to Windstream residential and small business customers by demonstrating exemplary customer service skills, product and service expertise. By enthusiastically and professionally greeting and assisting customers, by phone or in person, the Consultant offers additional products and services to enhance the portfolio of current customers while introducing Windstream’s communication and entertainment services to potential new customers.
