Purpose:  

Develop, execute and drive community integration programs across 2-3 communities in partnership with internal support teams (marketing, operations and other sales channels) to improve brand reputation, customer experience and sales penetration.


Responsibilities:

  • Build a repeatable sales and marketing plan that demonstrates community involvement which leads to traffic generation for existing Central Office locations and mobile activities (fairs, farmer’s markets, chamber events, etc.).
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy which enables profitable sales growth across assigned markets. 
  • Ability to coordinate tight execution of events and activities w/ internal partners.
  • Ensure attainment of key performance indicators such as installed broadband customers, add on products such as voice and Kinetic Secure, customer satisfaction (NPS) for assigned locations through selling activity.  
  • Evaluate results and adapt repeatable plans to ensure success in hitting metrics based on analysis; includes potential location changes.
  • Cash management and Audit adherence/oversight.
  • Works closely with field operations counterparts and technicians to understand the network status within their territory.
  • Serves customers with a cheerful and positive attitude while ensuring that they are placed on the right plans with the right speed based on respective needs.
  • Organizational skills to manage 2-3 separate locations from a team scheduling/staffing, issue resolution and sales attainment standpoint.
  • Maintain a corporate credit card for location expenses (mobile and stationary) and ensure monthly budget adherence. Maintain a company car and fuel card.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and ensure selling tactics include new product and promotional updates. 

Position is exempt and quota based with a $1,500/month at risk at 100%
 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • 30%-70% travel within the associated region
  • Proven track record with business analytics and basic excel functionality
