About the Role

As the Client Insights Manager, Network and Security Digital Experience (DX) you are responsible for managing the network customer digital experience lifecycle planning, execution, customer experience and operational metrics. This position serves as both an insights analyst and technical product expert, driving results by leading cross-functional teams towards service, experience, and operational objectives. You will drive Windstream’s strategy and product development around the entire network customer digital experience, from our Network and Security Customer Portal, Insight reports, Heads Up Display for internal resources, integration of platform management portals into our WE Connect Portal and any other future development ensure the digital experience is accounted for and integrated into our overall network digital experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Tell stories with data – starting from detailed examination of data, develop compelling narratives about trends and implication for our client
  • Partner with sales and marketing to communicate Windstream Enterprise’s capabilities, product suite and market insights to client and prospects
  • Evaluate the methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Develop and execute novel and complex analysis that leverages Windstream Enterprise’s proprietary data and other in-house data sets.
  • Plan and direct all aspects of network digital experience technical product management including market assessment, business case development, technical requirements, product requirement documentation, go to market planning and execution, and ongoing support for your services.
  • Convert customer, vendor, internal and anonymized data into valuable customer information that can provide insights into network and application performance that will result in actionable, proactive improvements that may result in increased revenue
  • Partner with other product managers to ensure alignment and integration of the digital experience with the entire service portfolio
  • Analyze and understand customer behaviors and underlying needs related to the digital experience and define and execute development plans to drive increased customer satisfaction
  • Be a trusted partner with IT, engineering, architecture, service delivery, service assurance, care and repair and development teams to deliver and support the digital experience
  • Drive differentiation into the service offerings through innovative software development and digital experience
  • Assess commercially available technologies and services for integration into Windstream’s digital experience portfolio
  • Engage with external partners and vendors to deliver and support services where applicable
  • Partner with product and strategic marketing on go-to-market and marketing plans to drive service and digital adoption
  • Serve as an industry expert by researching and analyzing key industry trends, events, and players
  • Develop and deliver client presentations.
  • Deliver regular reports, respond to ad-hoc requests, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Do You Have?

  • 8 -12+ years prior digital product management experience in a technology company; a combination of education and experience is acceptable
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and launch successful digital insights
  • Experience with turning data into insightful, informational reports that can help drive customer decisions around their network
  • Experience with applications like Solarwinds, Tableu, PRTG and/or similar.
  • Knowledge of product management best practices
  • Ability to communicate fluently across business, product, and technology boundaries. Communicates effectively with engineers, designers, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with advanced organizational and prioritization skills

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
