About the Role:

The Project Coordinator III-Svc Del is responsible for order flow and ownership of orders for complex services in ASAP/MSS.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work all updates to orders within 24 hours
  • Participate in providing process and procedure materials to sales reps
  • Monitor MSS queues and work rejected orders within set intervals
  • Support new and existing customer orders
  • Assist in keying orders into Remedy and ASAP as needed
  • Perform workload and prioritization as delegated by direct manager for duties and tasks in order to meet quota given by management

Do You Have?

  • Ability to work overtime when required

  • Experience with Remedy is preferred
  • Knowledge of Windstream’s product offerings

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years experience with 4 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
