About the Role:
The Project Manager II-OfficeSuite provides technical support to the Project Managers (PMs) and customers for CPE installations and upgrades to the OfficeSuite platform as well as end user and admin training. You will be responsible for coordinating and hosting meetings with internal Windstream team members when needed as well as with the customer for training and consulting. You will be required to utilize various tools and database systems to accomplish the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. The Project Manager II-OfficeSuite must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external team members.

Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related experience with 0-1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
