Position Overview:
 
Strategic management of assigned Master Agent and Partners which includes sales, marketing, training and event participation to increase sales volume of products and services offered from Windstream. Support Channel Management team with partner development activities which in turn results in increased sales from the partner. Cultivate partner leads from attending events and being an evangelist for Windstream and articulating how we are different in the marketplace and target markets to sell our services into. Direct report to VP of Indirect Sales which includes coming up with strategies to grow sales revenue within the Indirect Channel with assigned master agents

 
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with assigned Master Agents.
  • Strategize with marketing team on campaigns and collateral needed for partners.
  • Develop content and present Windstream product line to Master Agents and Partners
  • Organize and Attend events to recruit and enable partners.
  • Recruit, Train, and Manage partners in emerging markets to sell our strategic product set
  • Conduct market specific trainings, event management, and prospect appointments
  • Hit and exceed assigned monthly sales quota in new strategic revenue
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College and 8 years field sales experience directly related to job or 10 years job-related field sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and job-related field sales experience required.
