About the Role:
The Materials Coordinator role will be the onsite point of contact and owner for all things related to construction materials and inventory. The Materials Coordinator is responsible for accurate completion of picking and staging construction materials daily and completing system shipping to account for job numbers and inventory accuracy. The role will work with Manager-Materials to complete cycle counts daily. The Materials Coordinator will assist with loading and unloading shipments and inbound receipts and providing shortage, overage or damage information to Manager-Materials as required. The Materials Coordinator will schedule freight pick-ups and complete all required documentation for bill of ladings or manifests as required.
Position reports directly to the Manager-Materials.
