The Manager I – Product Development is responsible for the leadership of a multi-site software research and development team responsible for the development and support of core and peripheral components of Windstream’s OfficeSuite cloud services portfolio, primarily the silhouette cloud VoIP application server, NowMessage voicemail system, and OpenLink media server.

The Manager I is accountable for all aspects of the product management, design, development, and sustaining development of the assigned products.  S/he is responsible for the management of a diverse, multi-site team tasked with developing product components of a complex virtualized carrier-grade cloud UCaaS solution.  The Manager I must achieve aggressive corporate objectives, while building and nurturing a strong team.  Success depends on achieving the optimal balance between short-term tactical and medium to long-term strategic goals.

Required Education: 

1.        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
