The Information Technology Business Consultant is responsible for the following: provides support for client applications and serves as a liaison for the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new, or enhanced systems; manages multiple large or regional projects, products, and clients by tracking resources, prioritizing projects, and providing guidance to personnel as needed; creates test plans and conducts testing for applications software changes, updates and/or new releases; evaluates and documents the performance of tested software and the quality testing process to provide feedback to project team and management for current and future reference; performs other duties as assigned.

Test environment coordinator, testing coordinator and IT business analyst duties. Multiple job responsibilities including

coordinating  complex test  enterprise environments utilizing  WC OE and WC CRM, CAMP, BPMS, M6, ASAP, RevChain and WINforce.  Knowledge of these

applications  as well as legacy residential/SMB applications CAMS, MIROR, DCRIS and ISPP  are needed.  Strong communication skills required, able to work with  multiple groups,  self-starter, able to work independently, meeting deadlines and project due dates. Strong working knowledge of telecommunication Service Delivery

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: College degree in a Technical or related field and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related Technical experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
