About the Role:

As a Business Account Manager, you will work in a consultative sales environment utilizing a proven advanced sales and retention strategy. Our Kinetic sales processing technology is simple, easy to use, and helps capitalize on customer relationship opportunities effectively and efficiently.

Do You Have:

  • Ability to learn new things and positively respond to coaching for success.
  • Desire to make outbound B2B calls from your work from home environment.
  • Ability to communicate customized business solutions to existing customers.
  • Ability to update customer accounts through computer-based systems.
  • Excellent commination skills to lead conference calls and facilitate sales conversations.
  • Proactive approach to learning about new products and services and the desire to maintain knowledge of the latest product and service offerings.   
  • Ability to speak clearly and to articulate trouble-shooting steps to non-technical customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks, and perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, confident demeanor, professional attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly and successfully with a variety of customers.
  • This position can be located remotely anywhere within the US.

  • Ability to solve problems quickly and decisively.
  • Able to work daytime hours – Monday to Friday.
  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule including overtime when available.

Job Requirements

College degree or equivalent and 2-4 years professional experience or 6 years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
