About the Role:
As a Business Account Manager, you will work in a consultative sales environment utilizing a proven advanced sales and retention strategy. Our Kinetic sales processing technology is simple, easy to use, and helps capitalize on customer relationship opportunities effectively and efficiently.

Do You Have:
- Ability to learn new things and positively respond to coaching for success.
- Desire to make outbound B2B calls from your work from home environment.
- Ability to communicate customized business solutions to existing customers.
- Ability to update customer accounts through computer-based systems.
- Excellent commination skills to lead conference calls and facilitate sales conversations.
- Proactive approach to learning about new products and services and the desire to maintain knowledge of the latest product and service offerings.
- Ability to speak clearly and to articulate trouble-shooting steps to non-technical customers.

- This position can be located remotely anywhere within the US.
Requirements:
- Sufficient Broadband internet connection.
- Workspace free from distractions that will allow ample room to maintain a professional work environment.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and decisively.
- Able to work daytime hours – Monday to Friday.
- Able to accommodate a flexible schedule including overtime when available.
