About the Role:
As an Elite Direct Sales Specialist for Kinetic, you are an essential part of a high performing residential sales team. In this role you will travel within a designated territory to engage potential customers, build rapport, and sell Kinetic internet, phone, digital TV, and security services to residential customers.
This role requires a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences.
This job requires 25-50% travel which demands schedule flexibility. Company to cover cost of travel, which also includes use of company provided vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners in conversation and showcase the features and benefits of Kinetic’s products and services.
• Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently address customer inquiries and effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company to contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices, exchange ideas, and collectively work towards achieving sales goals.
• Travel extensively to assigned regions and territories, staying overnight as needed to reach prospective customers in various locations.
• Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities.
Do you Have?
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with different types of customers and personalities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to different residential neighborhoods as part of the job.
Even Better:
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in any sales-related capacity.
• Prior experience in direct sales, preferably door-to-door sales, is desirable but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate honesty, ethics, and respect for customers and fellow team members.
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.
