Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall Indirect D2D channels strategy. Build distribution plan for Y/Y growth of Consumer with a focus on fiber penetration and adoption.

  • Responsible for monthly quota management of team and partners.

 • Establish robust relationships with targeted new and existing partners. Manage programs to maximize revenue, installation rates, and influence from across all channel partners. The successful channel strategy will be data-driven and measurable.

• Work directly with the Marketing team to ensure coordination with channel program, collateral, sell-in sheets, and enhanced marketing portal including SLA on approvals and digital assets lead times.

• Partner with internal D2D team to ensure optimization of Next Gen footprint and sharing of best practices. 

• Build, lead and manage the Indirect D2D team including resource management, hiring, mentorship and performance managing.  Team consists of two (2) Sr National Sales Managers and five (5) Indirect Sales Managers.

• Partner with Sales Operations team to continuously improve WinSales buy flows, functionality, processes, and methodologies to ensure sales tool enhance rep productivity and keep in line with cutting edge technology in the company and industry.

 • Develop Premier Partner program to evolve indirect program in order to attract and retain dedicated partners that are consistently hitting volume targets, growing active selling reps, and align with Kinetics’ strategy direction. 

  • Responsible for all contract negotiations and partner compensation.

 • Understand and appropriately communicate the strategic vision of the channel to the broader company and act as the “expert advisor” on Indirect D2D channel.

  • Performance metrics: 

    • Responsible for delivering 24K – 26K in annual Adds

    • 70% or better Next Gen mix

Job Requirements

College degree or equivalent and 8 years professional experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level equivalent related experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience; or a combination of education and related professional. This is a safety sensitive position.
