The Channel Business Development Manager (CBDM) is a quota bearing sales role inside of the Channel Sales arm. CBDM’s primary responsibility will include finding new and developing existing distribution/retail partners in order to sell the company’s products to end-users.  Furthermore, they are responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within the distribution or retail sales channel. Creates awareness and demand for company products.  Customers may be geographic or named accounts.
  • Drive strategic product sales for our SMB/Mid-market partner opportunities
  • Work side by side with the Channel Manager to recruit, train, and manage partners in emerging markets to sell our strategic product set
  • Conduct market specific trainings, event management, and prospect appointments
  • Hit and exceed assigned monthly sales quota in new strategic revenue
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 0-2 years of sales experience; or 5 years related sales experience; or the equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
