This is currently a work from home opportunity that will be moved to an in-office position at the discretion of management.

Job Responsibilities:

The duties of this position handle inbound calls from Windstream technicians in a call center environment, researching and assigning facilities to customer service orders/trouble tickets, processing order cancellations, order modifications, system trouble shooting, and ensuring proper record keeping of customers service records. Other duties as assigned.

Needed Skills:

Good telephone communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer order issues, work as a team player and defuse difficult situations. PC and keyboarding skills. The ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of service delivery systems. Must be able to multi-task, access and update customer records while simultaneously interacting with the Technician on the phone. Must be able to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Additional Responsibilities:

Include interacting with internal departments such as the Customer Care Center, Service Activation, Facility Provisioner, Field Sales, Engineering, Service Center and Field technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet scheduled due dates. This position may be required to perform these duties in any area across the corporation.

    Minimum Requirements:

    High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of telephony experience
