About the Role:
Will work in a team environment, with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects with positive results. Will be a positive and productive member of an existing/established Sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and grow business relationships within the Global accounts base
• For this space, these will be high-end customer segments you are selling to:
oOil
oGas
oEnergy
oFinancial
oHealthCare
oMedia and Content
oFinancial Services
• Hunting and finding new logos
• Understand Windstream's network and facility capabilities.
• Partner with technical sales and pricing teams
• Prepare contracts and service orders for customer presentation
• Maintain knowledge regarding competitor product offerings
and pricing.
• Stay abreast of telecommunications industry issues
• Interfaces with the largest and most complex wholesale
accounts.
Do You Have?
• Experience in Enterprise space with strong relationships that can be leveraged
• CLEC experience required. (Waves & Dark Fiber)
• Experience selling to high-end customer segments in the Enterprise space
oFinancial/HealthCare/Media and Content/FinServ
• Hunter mentality with a strong sense of urgency
• Basic computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio, to diagram customer network solutions
• Strong customer service orientation
• Demonstrate above average verbal and written communication
skills
• Travel required for customer or industry meetings
• Ability to identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities
