As part of the Corporate Security team at Windstream, you will utilize monitoring systems to ensure employees have access to a secure work environment while acting as an important point of contact in the event of an emergency.

                                             ***The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 4pm and Friday 4pm - 12am***

To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable with computers and technology as well as have an appreciation for teamwork and collaboration.


  • Manage access control credentials within an enterprise level access control platform, including processing access requests, printing identification cards and troubleshooting access issues for employees. 

  • Contact remote site owners regarding system alerts for door concerns which occur outside of authorized use hours.

  • Respond to requests for information from employees, customers and vendors and escalate any reported concerns. 

  • Compile report data to assist with personnel reviews conducted by Human Resources or Security

  • Receive phone and system notifications related to possible emergency situations and follow documented procedures to escalate the concern. 


  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience working with electronic access control software

  • Familiarity with CCTV platforms for video review and support

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Able to work a flexible schedule

  • Able to multitask

  • Able to thrive in emergency response

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. This is a safety sensitive position.
