Our outside sales team members present a portfolio of technology-based solutions to solve the needs of small businesses and residential customers in a specific market area. Our reps drive a company provided vehicle within a Windstream service territory to complete orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing and then follow-up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Field Operations

If you like working outside, climbing poles or ladders, and are self-motivated, field operations is the place for you! Our Field Technicians find long-term careers with us, as well as the ability to continue to broaden their knowledge allowing potential career growth.

Construction

Kinetic: Kinetic by Windstream is working to deploy fiber deeper into our service area and offer gigabit broadband service to more than 2 million homes and businesses. To make this happen, we are creating a new engineering and outside plant construction organization.
